Technology Description
The PharmGenix Panel is a genetically diverse, but reliable screening platform that provides greater sensitivity for the detection of adverse drug reactions early in the drug development process. The panel provides key information necessary to determine the genetic basis of toxicity effects or genetic differences related to drug metabolism and function. This platform is easily applied to existing Absorption, Distribution, Metabolism Excretion and Toxicology (ADMET) studies and has the potential to be the standardized toxicity panel for drug testing in pre-clinical studies.
